Michael runs the crews, orders, and provides backend support, playing a crucial role in the operation's success. Bill has often remarked, “I wouldn’t be able to do my job without him.” Michael transitioned into a project manager role from lead superintendent, making significant strides in his professional career. Unlike New York, where outdoor work is limited by the seasons, Florida's climate allows for year-round outdoor projects. One of the biggest challenges in this industry is managing the complexities of General Contractor (GC) scheduling, frequent change orders, and communication issues between trades.
Bill’s approach to these challenges is straightforward and effective. He emphasizes the importance of quality workmanship, quality control, and transparent communication with customers. “You have to persevere and move forward,” says Bill. His ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure is a testament to his extensive experience in the industry.
